Copied a few pics across Closed app Opened again and all inside safe Copied more pics in 10 lot batches All went all asked and deleted from open phone Closed app Went back later Password worked and master password worked But no files? All gone Not on phone Nothing in this app Deleted app now Useless

Works well and does what is intended also can’t argue the price. Be great if you could have multiple video and image folders, only drama is it shows hidden items when app is minimized when scrolling through open apps.

i recently downloaded this app , i opened it i set the master password then pushed continue then i transferred some videos and pictures then closed the app and then i opened it and put my password in and pushed continue and NOTHING IT WONT OPEN so i guess my videos are gone

When I first downloaded the app I was very happy and stayed happy for a long time…but now I have been trying to access my data for days now. I put in my password and nothing happens. It just spins and spins like it wants to open. I emailed twice to find out what to do with no response. I have a ton of pics and videos on the app and worried they are lost. It would be nice if someone would reach out. I believe I have been using the app in guest mode which I don’t understand what that means…I always have to put in my password to access my data

I’m having some issues since recently, each time i open the app and enter the password, the app just jumps off and when i reopen it again , that same action is just repeating. I don’t want to delete the app because i’ll lose everything.

Important and sensitive documents are safely stored. And it’s all free! Maybe until someday it gets enough popularity. But I wish current members are allowed grandfathered.

I have had this app for almost 2 years now, and the only minor glitch was that it didn’t prompt me for my password every time. Usually first thing in the day. However, now it is crashing every time I try to open a Videos folder and the the photos folder. I am unable to open the app and see any of my items that I’ve saved and they are not backed up anywhere else. I would highly discourage you from downloading and trusting this app. I am also unable to get a hold of the app creators to try to fix mine.

This is a great simple and safe app to organize and secure files.
