Poor Website
The website requires tremendous amount of improvement. In the present state, as an Owner I am unable to understand and correctly use the website to get information or to seek a service or assistance. It apparently does not have a “Help” section to guide any one how to use the website. I am also unable to understand the following:- 1. why there are two websites “My Lodha” and “BelleVie” . 2. How do an owner raise a complaint. I am unable to find this feature in the downloaded MyLodha App in my phone 3. I received a few Notification stating “My Guests”. I do not live in my flat and I have not requested for an approval or sought permission to allow anyone. Most of the. them are shown as for “Delivery “ but apparently never left and some of them were shown stayed on for very prolonged period of time. All of them have been allowed into the Complex by the security (Neelam Rewale, MD Rehan Ali) In both cases the delivery person stayed on for very long time.
