tried to sign up with the correct information however the app doesn’t allow me to go through without any exact reason as to why no other options to register the account. poor app

Signing in is a challenge and I can’t add a second account.

We don’t have water and I can’t submit a report the send button just loads

Ok na sana. nakikita ko important info ko kaso walang option to log out

I couldn’t even register because it said it cannot verify my account when the details provided are correct. I checked in the help section, my receipt and from the Maynilad online portal. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can’t even login using email or number because its always wrong and doesn’t send the code

Logging in is impossible at times. When all we want to do is give the money owed easily via this app. Maybe this company is to cheap to pay to have this app work correctly, im not sure. Either delete the app and save yourself and other time and money. Or, fix it and have your revenue stream increase, its that simple. Its like they don't want to get paid.
