Great app at first but same as other users say it’s suddenly disappeared?? I hope the data on there not got into the wrong hands ??? !!

This was a great app for managing my chronic condition appointments and contacting the teams direct. All of a sudden it’s now disappeared and I can only access via a webpage. Please mend it, it’s made constant communication and requirement to access details and letters really easy.

This App used to be invaluable, but recently has failed to even load properly. There is no explanation or immediate fix. Disappointing to discover this.

Wholy unhelpful when it’s one of those you only download because you need.

This was a very good App to follow my ongoing conditions and showing records , meds etc . However recently the App has disappeared with no explanation? Can no longer use? You can only get access now by going online entering your password etc . Hopefully they will release another replacement App ?

Used this app a lot recently for accessing my updated medical records and now today the app won’t open. Please fix this asap.

I was recommended to use this by the hospital after my diagnosis with ibd but whenever I try to log in it just says there’s a problem with the page and I can’t get in. Waste of time!

I had this app for around 2 years when it suddenly stopped working and was just a blank page, I deleted the app and reinstalled it and thankfully it’s working again.

Isn’t working any longer for some reason was very useful being able to see results of my tests ect. Now have to log in online which is annoying 😑
