Only started this yesterday but it’s so easy to follow and menus are tasty, healthy and easy to prepare. Iv tried lots of these kind of apps and never succeeded with them but I think I will with this one.

Read the reviews first and do not purchase. The meals photographed on the adverts are just click bait. These meals aren’t even included in the recipes. This is actually a Keto app and not specific to The Mediterranean Diet. What a waste of £20, this app should not be allowed on sale. No clear instructions on how to cancel my subscription either, avoid at all costs.

the pictures from an ad I saw look nothing like the recipes! you don’t even get a free trial and I can’t even manage the subscription now so I can cancel it. Regret not reading the reviews before subscribing. how are we supposed to cancel our subscription!? horrible app and service!

I asked for a refund to be informed I have waived my rights….I will be reporting to trading standards. Do not buy, it is basic information at best that you can find elsewhere, not catered at all, just cookie cutter assessment. I would give them 0 stars if I could…

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete false advertising, also even if you sign up for one month they put you on a recurring subscription. Be aware you have no right to a refund once you download the app - even though that’s totally illegal

Once downloaded they will charge you £20 a month and there’s no account area to manage it or stop the payments. I really wish I had read the reviews on here and trust pilot, they will tell you all you need to know! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS WHO HAVE TAKEN MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND WONT REFUND - horrid people :(

It gives you basic recipes but no way to log your food or water consumption complete waste of money download carb manager for free

There is no trial and you won’t get your money back, they just refer you to Terms and Conditions. Scam Scam Scam. A bunch of recipes thrown together, very low quality pics later pictures, nothing as advertised. Check out TrustPilot for reviews, I wish I did!
