New app not good
The redesigned app doesn’t remember bank details and have to add them in every claim! So asks a lot more questions than previously, makes claiming a lot longer and annoying

Used to be such a simple and easy process where I could quickly file a claim using the app in like 60 seconds but now it's continuously logging me out and the only way to log back is with a code sent to my email, then I have to provide every single detail of mine every time - used to just be on my profile (doctors and bank accounts etc) so has definitely made it far more time consuming and honestly annoying
This app is the worst. It never logs in.
So many glitches on the app and via the online login via the internet. NIB used to be so easy to submit claims and receipts to. I downloaded the app after failing multiple times via the website login. There should be an easy way of loading lots of receipts at once without adding the bank account for each receipt. The app keeps asking for a bank account number which I have already inserted. It just goes round and round in circles. There is no way of saying who this claim is for.
No any update for more than 6 months. Cannot login for many months.
App was good and now won’t open, very disappointing.
App won’t load
The app hasn’t worked for months making claiming a hassle and tougher. I went to the NIB website to submit a query and the website wouldn’t accept my birthdate so can’t submit my query. However they’re very happy to take my money and increase my premiums. Go with Southern Cross or anyone else (except Cigna), these guys are muppets.
I have the same issue with iPhone .
The company services has been going down hill so can’t expect much more from the app then!
