Not reliable
The prediction for the upcoming bill is 9 months behind.
Register
Asked to enter account number . Requires 10 digits, but site only accepts 8 . Solution ?
Difficult to register
I’ve been trying for hours to register but it keeps asking for a 7 digit postal code, there are only 6 digits in a postal code… and yes I tried a space in between. Very frustrating.
My NL hydro
Was working fine until they did this upgrade and now it won’t work at all. Garbage.

Hydro app is so slow . Can’t see any update when payments are made.
This app does not work with BC hydro acct and meter #’s
