Na app da nos, devia de ter a informação de quantos minutos ainda temos deponiveis no telefone fixo limitado. Exemplo se temos 3000 minutos desponiveis conforme camos usando podemos consultar quantao minutos sobra. Um idea que seria bem posta para os clientes controlarem os minutos e evitar gastos desnecessários Obrigado pela vossa atencao. Todo o resto esta 5 estrelas pessoal super atencioso seja no balcao seja por telefone. Parabens pelo vosso preformence

Nao consigo ver o detalhe das comunicações assim que clico ele manda o código intruso só e o ecran fica branco e terei que reiniciar a aplicação e volta ao mesmo processo
Better off going to Vodafone. Can’t change prepaid traffic in the app. Requesting new sim is stated as 48 hours delivery but takes weeks. No doubt a message to reach out to their support will be the response soon…because they haven’t put the effort into fixing the app.
Pointless
The client area on their website is inaccessible for days at a time. Did they not pay their server fees? How do you mess that up in 2020? This app regularly does not even load. It hasn’t been updated for 8 months. Is this a technology and communications company? What? Recharging is a pain and has always been a pain. I heard the guy who owns NOS also owns MEO, it’s main competitor. So he obviously has no incentive to provide a decent or even passable service... and it shows.
Seems incredible that there’s no other language options. Frustrating to use, not very helpful or useful. If you contact in English you get a Portuguese reply. ☹️
Is there an English language version available
The app has been improved recently and works well for payments and linking with Mb way and other mobile payments. It’s clear and easy to use and explains all the bill information clearly across all services used. It works well and does what you need it too.
