Lost all my passwords!
This is ridiculous, this app just lost all of my notes and passwords. What a mess! Will not be using anything from this developer ever again!

Support is a farce — no such thing. BEWARE!!!
I have written developer several times for help. After days of silence, His response... “ What do you mean!? Just put in old password. Let me know if you need more help. Tom.” Ridiculous. All my passwords and notes disappeared! That is what I need help with. He is laughing at us. You cannot depend upon this app. Wish I had not paid money. No, actually... I wish I had never installed this app.
Awesome Notes

CANNOT OPEN APP!!!
Worse update ever....I need these passwords - can’t enter get into app since last update!
Worked wonderful and now is doesn’t
I have used this app for several years and loved it and now it won’t open. I have reinstalled and used cloud and got back up and running and then quits again. This has gone on for days. Or just me my girlfriend called same thing with her. My husbands works right now but I have lost trust. Dang it. I hate looking for new apps and redoing everything, but it has bombed

What the hey
I updated this app last week and now I can’t access anything. All I get is a blue screen with the notes safe logo. I deleted and reloaded the app and it worked twice and then did the same blue screen.
Developers Please Help!!!
Since the last update I can’t open the app. I’m like the others who are complaining. I enter the correct passcode and it stays on the name page. I have personal AND work information on this app! I needed access it today in order to work but couldn’t get in. DEVELOPERS: Please help us! Turn back the last update so we can at least our info. You have cause A LOT of problems for many of your customers. You need to restore our faith in your apps. I have contacted you via email and have yet to hear back. I’ve searched for your website and couldn’t find any. PLEASE HELP!! (I don’t give ANY stars. It wouldn’t let me leave a review without one. )
Why is app freezing up in iOS13?
