Worst application ever. Cannot even do simple tasks without getting stuck

Kam nje muaj e gjysem qe nuk regjistrohem dot dhe nuk hapet.

La peggiore App del web! Non funziona! E non funziona ormai da mesi. Perciò non puoi controllare il credito, il traffico, la scadenza. Niente! Sono costretto a passare a Vodafone. Costa un paio di euro in più, ma funziona tutto benissimo!!

I’m trying to recive sms from Spain with my one sim , I tried to contact the assistance like 10 times , they wasn’t able to help me and every time they were saying that I should be able to recive sms , they sent me just one sms , I received but i can’t receive any sms from any service that I collegate with this fuc.ing sim and now I’m still waiting couse I have my bank account collegate with this service and all my money are there and practically I’m a homeless while I’m travelling , I can’t pay for my accomodation and i can’t pay for food and look like this service is not interest to help so I’m thinking to report to the police the service paid but not received , also I will leave my review everywhere till I resolve it

Ita: abbiamo preso i giga in negozio e abbiamo detto in un numero 24gb e in un altro 12gb ci siamo già accorti quando avevo scaricato l’app usciva l’offerta in meno quindi in un numero 12gb e nell’altro 2gb noi ci siamo dragati fino a quando eravamo in montagna in mezzo al nulla e non c’era internet abbiamo chiamato 5 volte e non HANNO RISOLTO NULLA adesso siamo qua l’altro numero ha 0,2gb!!! LO SCOSIGLIO A TUTTI!! Alb: morëm gigabajt në dyqan dhe thamë në një numër 24 GB dhe në një tjetër 12 GB tashmë e vumë re kur e shkarkova aplikacionin oferta ishte më e lirë kështu që në një numër 12 GB dhe në tjetrin 2 GB ne gërmuam veten deri kur ishim në malet ne mes te asgjes dhe nuk kishte internet ne telefonuam 5 here dhe NUK ZGJIDHEN ASGJE tani jemi ketu numri tjeter ka 0.2gb!!! Nuk ben rimbushje me banke dhe nuk aktivizon paketat. 1 muaj qe pres servisin akoma skan rregulluar gje.

I log-in and it immediately closes. It’s been months, I contacted them on whatsapp and they always say to come to one of their shop. Plot twist: in the shop they know nothing.

Nuk meriton as dhe nje ⭐️jeni vecse hajduta .

Kompania telefonike me skandaloze. Paguan faturen dhe te bllokojne numrin. Kontakton me kujdesin ndaj klientit dhe te pergjigjen sikur jane tutoret e tu dhe jo ata te cilet duhet te jene te gatshem per te ndihmuar. Perfundimisht kompania telefonike me skandaloze qe ekziston sot per sot.

Keni me shume se nje muaj qe nuk funksionon as app as sistemi ne pergjithesi.
