I have 2 internet connections for my 2 homes. And both are linked in “my optix” app. Whenever i try to switch accounts. It doesn’t work at all. I am unable to use both of my accounts in this app. Kindly improve this . Thank you
Logs out out of blue .helpline is unresponsive.otp never comes.during payment app crashes. There is no set password if logged out. Unless new one given by helpline .app crashes & logs out after power outages.
Dilly app, bills and registered number are correct, still otps dont come to sms… it should be improved such that otp must come to sms as well as e mail, so if one channel is not performing other can go ahead
Helpline doesn’t attend. Temporary shut down not possible. Consumer has no choice.
This app have so many crashes whenever I try to download my bill it crash and last time I paid my bill via online banking but in app it still show that I didn’t paid my bill yet
The option to sign up is not present in my application
Application needs mature and serious intervention. 1. When I have linked my mobile number with my customer ID, why the application asks me again to link it again. 2. For launching complaint, why I have to fill service type. Can’t it be retrieved from my customer ID? 3. Most important is fourth item ie “the complaint”. Second and third entry be considered once again.
