It’s very slow😩
Useless app by far from a network service provider
My app has been in my phone for ever. It doesn’t load the landing page proper. I deleted it today.
Rain is by far the worst telecoms provider I’ve ever interacted with. Their service is a disgrace to the industry. My customer satisfaction is below zero. I ordered the101 router with the 5G service, and I struggled for 2 months with shockingly poor connectivity, constantly restarting the router and calling support, with speeds of 2mbps, even through the coverage map showed that the network covers the address. The support helpdesk phone line is hardly available, the call typically doesn’t even connect when you try to call them. When it eventually connects, you wait in a queue for ages. Surely rain knows how many customers it has, and can scale up the number of call center agents to meet the demand, but rain has chosen not to do this. It’s appalling! The iOS mobile app is buggy, and so it the web browser app. I cancelled the service and had a horrible experience cancelling the service. I DO NOT recommend rain in any way for any product. Stay away for the sake of your own peace.
I cancelled the service as continuously showed no internet, though I checked coverage before purchasing. I would like my information deleted and my money refunded. I returned the router and everything.

Poor network, worst customer service. For 10 days I have been waiting for help with my network but nothing. I sent tickets abt 5 of them and still no response. What are we really paying for. Please refund me my money for the days I don’t have connection
The WIFI is working fine, but the sim cards don’t work at all… got this in May, haven’t gotten assistance with this since… makes one wonder why you are offering something that you know isn’t working… misleading… Im not happy at all.
Rain should develop an app for Rain Talk on iStore each and every month I lose money just because you guys don’t offer services to iOS users
