Tried signing up using activation code I received- did not work- no useful error or feedback on what was wrong Then tried the second method, filled out all personal info, submitted, the message says session time out. Only if I could get my last 15 minutes back 😡

I’ve used mychart with four other health care networks and this is by far the most poorly designed. Messages should be clearly visible on the home page. When I go to my care team I should have the option of messaging my doctor. Fix this!

nothing works on this app??? They give you a a literal questionarre at the end of registration that says “ALERT” and nothing else!! No explanation, nothing, can’t proceed!!! DO NOT USE

Have reset my password three times and it still will not let me log into my account. I have signed in on the website from the same device, and have only had issues logging in through the app. Have been caught in this cycle of password resets for close to half an hour, never had these issues with the Android app on Google Play. Guess this app just isn’t designed for iOS.

I kept getting timeouts when trying to login. Next, I had to reset my password and kept getting an error. It turns out that I can’t have special characters in my password. I finally called someone and resolved this. Knock on wood- hopefully my virtual visit actually works.

Ever since the update, it crashes on start up on my older device. Can’t open it or use it anymore

Just like most others have said, this app is completely useless. It doesn’t even let you login, despite using the same exact credentials as MyChart. What’s the point of an app that nobody can use??

I’m using the correct password but it gives me an error

Insane amount of weird bugs. For example, can’t enter my birthday (scroll and keyboard don’t work?) and then can’t proceed to next step because I didn’t enter my birthday. It’s an endless loop of errors. I will continue to use MyChart which at least functions. Very disappointed….have been with Rush for a decade and service has really gone downhill.

I like that I have access to my Dr. , appointments, scheduling, etc.. overall it is an easy to use app. But please fix the virtual visit portion. It doesn’t let me join my visit and so my Dr.s have to constantly call. I have update , allowed, and reinstalled to get it to work and still doesn’t work.
