My Select PT

I was unable to access the app. Will not advance to next screen after entering user name and password. Does not appear to be any customer support for this application.

This app is trash

It was hard enough just to sign in for the first time —you better not need to look in your notes, etc., because everything will clear when you even act like you are going to another app. I was able to log in online and therefore create my credentials and then use those to log in on the app. Face ID will never work and says I have invalid credentials. Yesterday I was able to check off my exercises one by one as completed. Today, it’s kicked me out of the app multiple times, then each time I clicked Start Exercises, it would seemingly do nothing, but if I tried to mark one complete, it just took me to the instructional video. Once I closed the app and logged back in, it then showed all my exercises marked as done for today (even though I was not able to mark a single one on my own). It would be a good app if it didn’t have so many glitchy problems.

I initiated the program with an access code. The first and only time I could log in. So it wouldn’t take my password. So I said I forgot my password. I clicked on email instructions. Multiple times no email comes. So maybe they dropped me and I login for a new account and it says my email already has an account. Request an email. I do and an email never comes. My therapist sent two texts to enter an access code. That does work either.

I tried to open an account and can’t get in. Any suggestions.

I like the idea of the app and it worked well the 1st few days. Now it doesn’t let me check off the exercises I do. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling app, turning my phone off and on to no avail. I also need to sign in a few times each visit and it does not let me use Face ID. I noticed plenty of others have the same issues. I clicked on app support, but I get “Page not found” and “no settings available for this company”.

Everyone is super nice. I saw a difference in my back after day 1. This place is best by far with the PT I’m getting here than other places I have been

I have had physical therapy 3 times for different things but with the same provider. I was only able to login to Select PT during the PT sessions for the first issue. I couldn’t login for the sessions for second issue at a later date. I still can’t login now for the exercises for the sessions for the third issue. I sent an email to Select PT, but have not received a response. The content would be very helpful if I could login and access it.

I lov that the app allows my therapist to communicate my at-home exercises. The app has a bug in that I cannot check off daily exercises

You seem to know and pinpoint with accuracy exactly where the issue lies and address it so successfully. Walked out of PT today feeling awesome
