Tried to log back in, and received a password error… which seems unlikely, since the password was saved in the iOS password app, but whatever, I’ll reset it… except the password reset tool doesn’t work, no email is sent. No help/support/contact option

This app will always tell you your password is wrong. I literally have to change it every time I need to order more CPAP supplies. Stopped using it.

I was told to use this app by my respiratory therapist and have attempted four times now to create an account. I always get a message that someone will be in touch with me. No one ever is.

Users of this app must be on service with a DME company that uses the S3 Resupply platform. Patients must have an active account with the DME company with an associated email, then do a 3-step authentication process at first log in (name, DOB and email must match their patient file on record with the DME)

I tried registering and getting on but it doesn’t work. I read the previous comments and that’s exactly what’s happening to me.

This app is pointless. I just get error messages for no legitimate reason, when trying to order. What’s the point in having the app if it can’t be properly used? Please fix your app, I know you see how low your score is. You have plenty of room for improvement.

Same, won’t open up after create login.

Hard to get this app too work,I had a hard time just getting set up after filling in each required fill to register the account and still couldn’t create a account. Once created now It want open again. This app needs work on it so patients want have such a problem

The bones of a good app are here once you get through the cumbersome login process. You are able to reorder supplies and track shipping progress. Another issue is there is no identifying feature on the app itself to let you know what you are trying to log into when you return to it. To clarify, the app has a design on it but I don’t access it often enough to remember what that means. When I select the app it just asks for login id and password but it doesn’t provide any indication of what you are logging into. So, if you don’t remember what the design on the app icon means, then you likely won’t know what you are logging into and which login to use. Once they clean up the initial log in process and the return login/app identifier, it will be much more user friendly.
