All good, I’m long time customer, but why don’t you allow Apple Pay for top-up and where can I find recipe for every single top-up (Sunrise Prepaid)?

Ich kann auf der App die Rechnungen nicht abrufen. Wenn ich auf Rechnungen drücke zeigt es mir nichts an. Warum?

Questa app non funziona,i prodotti sono stati ritornati da tempo,ma nell’app non risulta.Disinstallata al volo e non la installo più.

Leider habe ich seit drei Tagen kein W-lan da mein neues Produkt nicht aufgeschaltet wird. Trotz meiner mehrmaligen Meldung wird man nur vertröstet, ich finde ein Telekom Unternehmen das sich mit schneller Verbindung brüstet stehen sie bei Problemlösungen seiner Kunden ganz schön auf der Leitung.👎

Dieses App funktioniert nicht. Rechnung kann ich nicht einsehen. Nur das online shoppen geht

Impossible de demander un rappel téléphonique depuis l’application. Le validateur du numéro affiche une erreur qui dit qu’il faut que celui ci commence par 0 alors que c’est le cas.

Since I was contacted by Sunrise to change our mobile phone subscriptionsto Sunrise, I’ve never received any written confirmation of the any of the two offers made to me by phone. The first one she couldn’t keep, because, apparently, she’d promised too much. So she made me a second, less good offer, which I was ready to accept under the condition that I should receive it in a written form before confirming anything. I’ve asked twice for an email confirmation of the offer and the third time the person on the phone pretended I could see what had been offered on my sunrise app. I’ve just been trying to find the conditions and prizes on my app but I am unable to find them. I am getting more and more annoyed with this. I am loosing my time and my patience. How difficult can it be to confirm the offer you’ve made over the phone? It annoys me that you only function via promises on the phone which you may or may not keep. I won’t change my smartphones if you don’t quickly give me any written confirmation of your offer. Moreover, on the current screen I can see I have 125.10 CHF overdue bills, but the only thing I seem to be able to do is to click on « pay now », what about adding a possibility for me to see and verify the bill? Das Passwort lässt sich in der App NICHT per Drag&Drop einfügen. Ärgerlich wenn man ein alpha-numerisches PW benutzt. Schade. Ansonsten gefällt mir die App von der Aufmachung her… aber ohne (einfaches) LogIn, für nich nicht zu nutzen. Zurück zum Desktop 🙁.
