My Truphone: eSIM travel data

this product is definitely not recommended. bought e-sim and a data package. I could not receive a 3G/4G signal and therefore contacted support. got help to start with, but after the case was escalated nothing more happened in the case. I assume that the money is lost as truphone cannot solve the problem. could i give minus ⭐️ i would. DO NOT BUY

I just needed one day of data. Simple. But I received a double notification. Then again the next day! They changed the setting to be default auto renew!! So, I turned off auto renew. Then I was charged again the next day!! And the next! All the while, I’m sending emails to their customer service email, but it bounces. I find an email for something remotely related on their website. Any way, after 2 months, multiple emails, I was finally able *most* charges reversed. There are cheaper plans that won’t screw you. Stay away from them at all costs

App is just instructions, nothing more. Truphone plan did not load esim. Customer support email is a dead link. Money down the drain.

Tried to purchase a plan for a Apple Watch. Had issues activating. The phone rep told me they couldn’t help, to email in a form and someone would eventually get back to me. Still waiting, what a joke

This company doesn’t seem to care about it’s reputation, horrible service all around.

I lasted about 5 minutes with their obnoxious interface, and said enough, delete. Right off the bay, an issue with my password, and no method provided to fix it. Back to GigSky, a little limited, but they work!

Data drains WAY too fast, they turned on the auto renew even though I had turned it off, and the have charged me three times for the same service. Never again.

I will not update my phone, and for some reason you won’t support iOS 13, and therefore you will not receive my money. Simple as.

All I get is a single page asking me to buy service. No way of managing my existing service, no way to even change pages or enter information. Useless! Uninstalled.
