App continually crashes and camera has horrible delays and cracking sounds

One device only. Both parents can’t check add the one camera / account. Stupid seeing as majority of children’s have two parents.

The only way is that Uniden is watching kids. I know and I haves the answer. DO NOT TRUST. They sell on the dark net. Delete immediately

To view playblack at a particular timestamp is a nightmare. Constantly losses network connectivity Think of a better way to view recordings Average to say the least

With the iOS 17 update it has changed the default sound for app notifications. As the new sound is one short and quiet pulse it has not woken me up two nights in a row for little sounds my child’s made and I’ve only woken up after hearing a screaming toddler. Please update so you can manually chose the notification sound or the new iOS update has rendered the app and product useless to us!!

App keeps causing phone to turn off unexpectedly, running latest IOS and latest version of app

Please please please update your app as it continuously crashes, doesn’t connect or lags. Very unreliable which is a shame because the camera aspect is great.

I’ve tried to connect this to my iPhone so many times. It only seems to want to connect to a single device with the QR code. Also, it often freezes when video is showing.

Would love it if the app had a night/dark mode. When you’re looking at a baby monitor in the middle of the night and the background is bright white it’s not great for getting back to sleep! Also when I’m wearing headphones, there is only one volume setting and I can’t turn the audio up or down. It’s quite loud, which is again tricky at night. If I don’t have headphones in then the audio is able to be controlled. Also, there’s something wrong with the time zones, I have chosen mine correctly, but the clock on my camera is 30 minutes off, must be a glitch in their software.

Video freezes constantly and requires an app restart. When it actually does work there’s a huge delay between when something happens in front of the camera to the time it displays on your mobile device. Completely unacceptable product and app. Can’t believe I paid good money for such garbage.
