I love this application
App functionality
Not always works
Gouging is
Why do I have to pay $1.99 convenience be when I pay it directly out of my bank what do I need to use the mail service to avoid the dollar 99 fee. That’s sad. 😞
Not happy
Maryland has too many bills for water then one for water and wastewater they need to combine the two
Processing payment
There’s always an issue processing payments. it declines it for the first 3 times before it accepts it
This company is terrible
Our water is disgusting and even with a softener it is terrible. This app is basically as good as the water. I wish we had a choice of our water company, but unfortunately that’s not the case
Mobile App is not use friendly
Displays old balances rather than current. Could use improvement
When paying by electronic check there should be no fees. That is equal to stealing from your clients
A feeto pay Is absurd. The cost for water with you all is already overpriced. Do better
Convience fee is nickel/dime ing
No utilities company charges a fee to pay your bill. Not water or electric companies But sewer company is. Shame on you and make it right for your customers in this horrible inflated economy!👎
