Can‘t scan the QR code. Wants my phone number. Can‘t change my phone number. Restaurant doesn‘t accept bookings between 5 and 10 pm for the next week but walking in at 7 pm worked.

QR Codes from the Restaurants don’t work. We‘ve been to many Restaurants from the Venture group during our Holiday but have no benefit. Only they have (sending advertisements)

Downloaded for our recent trip. Ate at two restaurants which I booked via FB. Scanned receipts and appears to register then goes into a loop of loading…already scanned…loading. Hopefully will retain points for our next visit to Tenerife!

Can’t make any bookings on line, so annoying as I’m trying to give them advance bookings from the UK, throws me back to complete profile. Reservations tell me I’m the only one. Clearly not the case. The Company hierarchy seem totally disinterested in correcting this frustrating programming glitch. They don’t appear to have any interest in potential lost business. If so makes me concerned about other internal practices.

Tried to make a dinner reservation- the app kept saying the reservation failed. Tried 4 times to make a booking, each time getting a failed message…. 10 mins later I get 4 emails to confirm FOUR reservations!!! Then had to cancel 3 of them lol. Yet none of these reservations show up on the app??!!

Clearly spent a lot on little paper hand out map at venues and this app but no clear directions or locations to any of these great venues to n either!!!! . We ate at one in La Caleta and were so pleased wanted to find another. Locations on paper map hand out so small can’t see to read clearly which one it is or even where it is! Uploaded App and not clear there either. Please highlight the obvious WHERE they are!!!!!! Map, clear, name, speciality and ADDRESS. Bloom & Brunch the way ahead!

App needs a LOT of work! (For iOS) Can't get T&C's in English. Cookie notice can't be accepted and is in the way most of the time Not that intuitive and navigating takes time. However the first restaurant we used (Meat Boutique) was excellent. Food and staff top notch 👍👍👍👍👍
