Good afternoon! I downloaded your app but it doesn't work. I am in Russia and I need this application to track the status of my apartment in another country. I hope that you will fix the error soon and I will be able to use it.

Very poorly engineered app. Takes forever to load up and often never does.

Have been trying without success to to activate this process. It worked when I had my iPhone 12 but now I have iPhone 14 it no longer works. So annoying. Have countless times tried to log out and log in but it won’t recognise my new device. I have all my old devices listed but can’t see to delete them to save any confusion in the hope that perhaps I had too many devices listed. Contacted Securitas but they say it’s the apps issue! Please resolve. Also when you click on the app page the app support button does not work! 😡

Tried to log into the app and it blocks me with 2FA, that I didn't ask for. Tried 10 times to get it to send me a code and it doesn't send so can't log into the app. This is a terrible thing if you were away from your home and can't control your alarm!?

La anterior versión tenía horarios para abrir por ventanas. La actual tiene las imágenes aún más pixeladas, se queda pegada y las opciones de programación son peores. Es más lenta y menos moderna.

The previous app was already awful and yes, they manage to make a new one even worst! I own 4 laundries all of them with Securitas Spain using this app to view the cameras and I can tell you is no good. Please make user the interface simple and the app stable! It’s crashing one a day.

disorganized app, the old version was better. Photo’s take too long and you can only see one camera then you need to wait 90 seconds to see the next. By the time you look at 3 cameras your is robbed and the thieves are long gone!
