I have to logout and login more ten times to make a transaction.

I’ve had a few hiccups here and there, but overall, it worked fine for most of the time I’ve used it. Recently, however, I’ve been facing some issues with the app related to my FC account, and they remain unresolved. It’s been several weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I’ve filed a complaint not only through the website but also via email but no progress. I hope to update my review as soon as the issue gets resolved.

I’m not getting OTP sent to my email! My money is stuck in my bank if I knew I would have used another bank!! I have the same email from last 6 years, used to get OTPs from MyABL on it all the time until June 2024, suddenly now I am not getting! I can’t transfer money or do ANYTHING without OTP! Do I have to spend thousands of rupees, buy a ticket to Pakistan, come and sit in the office and bring my whole family and pray together infront of your office to get a call back from you guys? I’ve already sent emails to allied banking and still haven’t heard anything back.

I have never seen such pathetic any wastage of time for any banking app. While login pw entered correctly OTP entered correctly fingers scanned but still showing message to visit branch and even I have performed biometric today. Logging into my abl is like logging into NASA system. Simply Pathetic Bank Pathetic Services Nerver recommended

App is taking long to startup and now after update require first fingerprints with everytime login while fingerprint or faceid did not work for login and give some sort of server error

Got OTP again and again but every time it expired without being used.

Unable to pay electricity bills since last month

Cant transfer funds keep getting error all the time pls fix the app

It locked me out for no reason and will not let me reset or anything ugh, Alfa app is so much better

The worst and pathetic app ever i seen in my life. I tried a lot to register myself on app but order not allowing me to register. I don’t believe what the heck are you guys doing with your bank and your customers. I wish i could give it negative 5 rating. Within 10 to 15 seconds its token get expired. This is so crazy thing. You’re giving 16 alphanumerics and it expires without seconds. How can a person be registered. OMG I’m deleting my account from your f*****g bank.
