Bad app. Doesn’t work. Don’t bother spending money for another tablet. Money down the drain

For six years this has only worked intermittently. Pathetic functionality

The last update in nov/dec 2018 is fantastic. Much more user friendly and clean, seems to just work. Finally displays temps in rooms with sensors which I was promised in 2015. All-in-all a GREAT update!!!! Only problem is it seems that I can not fully update my tablet which requests a download every time I use the device. Will contact customer support to sort this out.

Use to be able to turn my aircon on through 4G so the house was warm and nice by the time I was home but nit working any more.. very disappointed!

As per the other reviewers it is hit and miss whether the app connects from the iPhone or iPad - more often it doesn't.

As with the previous reviewer, the app fails to connect and takes several minutes to do so. Only by repeatedly dumping the app and reloading it fresh does it eventually work. Not very impressed.

When this app works, it's quite handy. But more often than not, the app won't connect with the aircon.

When this App does work, it has a reasonable amount of control and I don't mind it. But as per others below, it rarely connects - maybe 1 in 5 attempts. They really need to rethink this as I would not recommend it to ANYONE in its current state.

I upgraded our air con system and paid a lot extra to get the system compatible with the My Air app - it's been a complete waste of money. The app rarely connects and has to be closed and relaunched up to a dozen times to get it to work. Even then it still crashes regularly. I have never been able to get it to connect remotely either. It is so bad that advertising it's "features" is nothing short of misleading and deceptive advertising.
