1) Combining emotions with exercise. Users select their current emotions, select difficulty and duration based on their emotions (such as happiness, fatigue, anxiety, etc.), and filter recommended exercises based on their preferences to help users regulate their emotions through exercise.
2) Exercise diary function. Users can record their daily exercise, including exercise type, duration, feelings, etc., and provide simple calculation functions, such as calorie consumption/muscle contraction times/synaptic activity/atomic activity, etc. We will continue to optimize the algorithm in the next version, so stay tuned.
3) Fitness challenge. Users can customize fitness challenges to add fun to boring fitness.
4) Random exercise generator. Users can randomly generate a set of different exercise combinations to increase the variety and fun of daily exercise.
5) Personalized fitness plan generator. Users enter basic information (such as age, gender, fitness goals), and the system will automatically generate a personalized fitness plan based on this information. You can design different types of plans, such as fat loss, muscle gain, and body shaping.
6) Sports tips, we provide technical points for different types of sports, practical training suggestions, relevant supplementary information, etc.
