The app is great But my bank account has Not been Verified even though the Test Deposit was verified

The app is easy to navigate and is very user friendly.

When I first started using MyBerkshire app, I supposedly submitted a payment for my rent, but it lead to someone breaking into my bank account. After closing out my accounts to reset it, my rent was late and my community didn’t offer to waive the late fee. Also, adding a bank account to pay it directly was disabled at one point which makes me it harder for me to pay rent when my community doesn’t offer us to pay the rent in person via check. It seems to me that the app purposely tries to make it hard for you to pay rent on time to ring out more money out of people.
