I only gave 2 stars because I cannot go from any screen back to the “booking” screen without signing out and back in. Very frustrating.
Such an outdated app. It worked a few times and now it won’t even let me log in with auto-filled password. Way too outdated.
App is not user friendly. The interface feels clunky. With the amount of money the owners pay and the way technology has evolved you would think BG would make a serious investment to develop a high end App experience. Almost like it was designed the cheapest way possible. The links often don’t work, unless you hold down and open in a new browser.
On arrival WGV large roach found dead in bedroom. Front desk was not involved or bothered enough to offer anything besides saying they would send a pest control person tomorrow, tomorrow never came. Next morning the sun was reflected in the gap under the front door. The gap was large enough for the handle of a butter knife to easily go through.
I tried using this app but thought it was weird that it wants me to register my email when I already have an account on BlueGreen’s site that I use to book vacations. Then I read that it’s not associated with BlueGreen so it makes sense now. I really wish there was a note on the login page that you need to register and that you cannot login with your BlueGreen account. Would’ve saved me some time especially since there’s no support on the website, no FAQ, no help at all. Hoping it’ll be more useful now that I better understand that the app isn’t from BlueGreen and that it’s intended for information sharing between a community of BG owners.
The app is worse than the website… can’t book a vacation if it’s not working.
It’s easy to navigate. Extremely useful when we go to the Fountains. I love that I can upload photos for other owners to see what locations are like. I was surprised that this isn’t a Blue Green funded app; it’s created by a fellow owner. Better than anything Blue Green has ever put out for us. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future.
I added one picture to the Fountains page, but there is no option to add more. Also, adding restaurant info, but clicking the navigation pin shuts down the app. I think it will be a fun app, but needs some tweaking.
Lots of new owners and lots of new resorts. This app looks great and has so much potential.
