MYBOX POSTA

The app was working fine, but it keeps on crashing , it need more attention and update, this not a good reputation for the company that provides such low quality services.

The app is full of bugs. Payment gateway doesn’t work and when you call the customer service, they blame the customer…

So bad i didnt recieve my shipment that i orderedand they recieved it since 2022 I hope i can give a 0 star for the feedback

افشل شركة شحن بمعني الكلمة ل ادارة سيئة جدا ويضيعون الطرود ولا توجد متابعة للشحنات انا شخصيا فقدت شحنتين بسببهم ولم يتم تعويضي عليهم شركة فاشلة بسبب الادارة A failed application, and the company wastes shipments and there is no credibility in dealing, it does not deserve or star

Thought will give a try. But an item from eBay, got delivered through USPS (US Postal Service) 5 days back., in the US address given at MYBOX page. No updation in MYBOX Account. (KWI-78215) Sent few emails with tracking & delivery proof , no response till time. Thought anyone else should have such loss, shared my experience.

عندي ٤ طرود من امريكا من اكثر من شهر والي الان لم استلم اب منهم ... ومافي ردود علي الايميلات والاتصالات كل مره يقولون يومين او ثلاث ايام او اسبوع تكون عندك فهلا شركه سيئه وخدمة عملاء اسوء وماانصح التعامل معاهم ابدا حسبي الله فيكم ... خربتوا فرحة عيالي بالاغراض اللي طالبينها

I have used this service for long time i was hoping that they get better as time gose by unfortunately they got worst and worst

I love the idea of this app and am currently waiting on my purchases to ship, however I have had so many issue trying to use the app, I didn’t know about the consolidation button and closing it to let it ship. I suggest making a video that walks customers through the steps they need to take.
