Not able to select state while registering as a new user in Iphone .the worst telecom application ever used

Not able to register new ftth account, tried multiple times but continuously getting exception message

This is only useful to the service provider to earn some money !

I tried to add new landline/bharthfiber connection after registration. Showing something went wrong . Tried multiple times .. Uninstalled and installed and tried . That also not working . Password reset was successful but not able to login with the same password after sometime and no option to choose custom password . After tea reset password no option to come to home page .

Totally waste customer support ,service ,application , i don’t know app developer team still live or 😢
