But when the distance gets longer — Use MYBYK along with Public Transport
1. Ride from your home to the nearest public transport stop
2. Drop the bike at the MYBYK Hub near your stop
3. Take the public transit - Metro/BRTS
4. Get down at your destination public transit stop
5. Take MYBYK from the Hub near your stop
6. Reach your final destination on MYBYK

Support team resolves the queries quickly.
Failed to manage
MYBYK failing badly in #indore. Huge disappointment I went on a hub to get a bike, I paid for plan and then took bike but it was not fit, tried to change but all the bike on the hub has issue, tried different hub same issue. Customer service - no help. I asked customer service why I am paying for when it’s not my fault either extend my plan or refund it or get me a fit bike, they denied worst experience. Does your go greener mean taking money from people’s pocket. If you are using @mybyk_in as your primary mode of commute think it through as this will waste your hours to get a fit bike. 90% of the bikes are unfit either it’s handlebar, chain falling off, flat tyre, fork issue etc.

Bike got stolen, Tried to contact multiple customer care support , was and is of no use, money greedy people, I was a back to back user for the past year but never again .

No option to add money in wallet
I have iPhone 14+ worth latest iOS. There is no option to add money in wallet.
Check before shifting the hub
Even after submitting they are calling so many tym u haven’t and also yesterday it is a hub to collect bicycles nd next day it’s shifted so far so bad experience
Third class customer support
This application is third class and even its support is such a dumb. Every time you need to shoot video to end ride because their app saying you are away from hub ( though i am standing in hub) It will not burn your energy It will give you so much stress. If there is zero star option then select that also.
FRAUD!! No bicycles at hub
No bicycles are there at hub… I have taken the subscription for 3 months (payment in advanced)… but you cannot utilize you subscription (in short your money is wasted) because there are no bicycles at the hub (90% of the time) I am talking with MYByk staff continuously regarding this issue since last 15 days, but the situation is as it is… no difference is seen in the no. of bicycles… To be more specific, this issue is not just for one hub, I have observed it at all the hubs which are around my location… JUST WASTE OF MONEY
