I’ve had this system for around 4 years. Recently it told me I had to reset my password because the old one was unsecure, ever since then it will not load any cameras remotely, I cannot access recordings and it never connects. I’ve googled everything I can think of. I guess it’s time for a new camera system

Once upon a time this was a good camera but pretty primitive nowadays. So much better available. I just updated app and it required a new password. What a pain in the butt.

Need to update app to slow connection speed

Cool app but when I needed it the most it failed. Around 2 AM in the morning someone threw human waste at my window. I spent about 3 hours afterwords trying to get the footage of the person doing it. I could not find it. All I found were short clips of cars driving by my house.

Worked fine for years then just stopped working. Cameras work, receiver works, app doesn’t work anymore.

Had these camera for over 4 years and never had an issue. All of a sudden the app just says connecting and I’m not able to view anything thing on my phone. The monitor still shows the live feed and records/saves to SD card but for some reason the app won’t let me see anything it just says connecting. Please update the app.

How do I reset my password on the my view app

This app needs to be updated. I use to have connection to my cameras outside the house. Now I have nothing unless I am connected to to wifi. Which I don’t always have. An I shouldn’t have my phone connected to wifi to view.
