Every time I try to make a payment for my credit card it will say “the server can not be reached, please check your connection and try again” id really like to be able to make a payment please!! Horrible app!!

so bad i’m switching lenders
applied for the green america credit card as i wanted to support a cause i care about, but i’m switching to amalgamated bank’s credit card as this app is so bad
Doesn’t work and the website is just as bad
The app doesn’t work and the website is confusing and awful to navigate. If I didn’t have to use this for my card, I wouldn’t
App not loading
I have to delete and reinstall every time I want to use it.
Atrocious
I dont write reviews for apps or anything ever, but this is an exception. This app is terrible, worse than useless. Ive had all the problems the other reviews mention with logging in or making a payment. I actually had to cancel the card because the app support and even the telephone helpline are abysmal. Its sad with all the terrible reviews TCM does nothing to make it better. Shame on you TCM its 2024 and Im the opposite of tech savvy and even I could set up an app better!
Terrible app but only option for my banks card
Constantly crashing or doesn’t even open at all to let you log in the first place so I have to wait until I can get to a computer to log in, check balance, make payments. None of it is user friendly or well designed as many others have said. Considering canceling this card with my bank because this app is so inconvenient. Please, for the love of god, fix this app.
Horrible app
If you can actually pay your bill on this app I’d be surprised! I’ve never seen such a not-user friendly site.
Constant tech issues
App keeps telling my I failed to login but still alerts me when I make a purchase. I definitely have my correct password because I can access their website in safari. When I could login the balances displayed wrong 90% of the time
Not Good
This App is trash. You can’t log in. Pay your balance conveniently. It’s just bad. It needs so much work.
Disappointing
Cannot login! It’s embarrassing that companies like this can’t even design a functional app in this day and age. It’s even more embarrassing that they release a non-functional, garbage app like this.
