MyChair: Client Book

I love everything about this app! It’s so organized and I love the color coding for services. My clients even love the reminders, it’s so helpful. If there is ever an issue, Jeremy is an email away and always quick to respond and fix bugs. Highly recommend

My chair is the only apple I ever use for my appointment scheduling. This is mainly due to the fact that Customer Service is always responsive and able to act quickly to rectify the very few issues that have come up. I’ve been with my cheer for over a decade and find it to always have improvements, Jeremy is the best at any and all issues with the app! When have you heard that an app has an actual person that you can contact for any issues? Well, my Chair does the best out there. If you are on the fence I’m here to tell you don’t delay get it..

The client reminder’s are unreliable. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t .

I have used this app for many years and not only do I use it for my hair salon but for all my other scheduling. I do have to pay the yearly fee but this is so worth it to me. I am also glad that it’ll now sync with my phone, iPad and computer. If I have any issues I get help in a timely manner and actually speak to Jeremy. Totally recommend.

Lost 11 days of information when I updated the app today. All appointments lost and information inputted gone. I cannot seen to get customer support. This happens quite often when I’m forced to update the app. I pay $99 a year for this!? Updated:: I finally was able to reach Jeremy at support. He has been helpful and all of my information was restored within 24hours. My best advice is screen shot schedule before updates till all the bugs are out.

Had this app for years. Had a small prob with the newest update but Jeremy helped me get everything figured out.

Update 7/5/2024 New update done yet when opening the app the calendar shows the current month but the drop down shows the previous month and have to scroll down which is a waste of time. Even if you touch the day on the calendar it doesn’t do anything. Your previous version was so much better!!!! Please fix it to be like it use to be. Pay too much money for this when we got other options that even free. Update 7/1/2024 There’s still a need to scroll down to todays date. It opens in June 1st 2024. Please please fix this ASAP! New update. 6/28/2024 So the update is almost like the old one but we still need to scroll down to look at current date. Can’t even just touch the date on calendar and have it open that date. Scrolling down the dates takes time away from getting ready for next client when scheduling future appointments. I hate that I have to now scroll down to look at my today appointments. The old way of looking at the.l calendar was way better I’m with the review that’s posted right before mine. Please correct this!! I’ve been using the app for many years and talk very highly about it to fellow stylist. Please change it back or give us options to change it back to how it was. Sincerely, Loyal Client!

So difficult to manage sadly I will have to go

The most recent update, 2 days ago, will not show me my monthly view, which I prefer. My scrolling list on the home page starts a month previous and I have to scroll to get to the current date. Is there a fix to show my month has my default?
