The “Note from Your Company” that displays when opening the app cannot be closed. There is no exit or OK button visible and it doesn’t allow scrolling. I can’t advance.

Need to have plan pricing available. The app us good but the most important aspect if healthcare is the monthly price

I’m not able to login. My password doesn’t work and I don’t get any options to reset my password not even options to register.

It would be great if they allowed you to add the debit cards for your accounts to a smart/apple wallet.

I downloaded the app in January. It’s was easy to use and find all of my information. In February I signed on and it’s completely changed. I couldn’t find any of my information and it said, I needed to submit and sign off on everything. So frustrating!

Even when pin is reset it never works. I have to log in on my work computer to get an access code every single time.

App would be great in theory, but not all the drop-down boxes work when trying to submit a claim, thus preventing you from submitting a claim at all through the app. Mobile site has the same issue.

I have to reset my pin every single time I go into the app. It’s so frustrating. It seems to not save the new pin at all and I keep checking off to allow face ID and that never works either. It’s been an entire year of this.

I’ve been getting this for months and still zero help.

No matter how many times I change my PIN the app will say my current PIN is wrong... Terrible. Also will not open with face ID.
