Hello! You have a good application that I use every day. But he has several bugs: 1.Settings: My targets - after i setup sleep start time and sleep duration - nothing happened. On time line no indication and i did not receive notifications. My dashboard - some combination of the buttons don’t work. Fast+food+steps -> working, fast+food+medicine -> not working. And most of combinations not working. 2.History Activity, weeks and months - didnt show exercise and activity.
The idea is great but don’t expect the app to give you any more indication than whether you ate within or without your eating window on a particular day. Also out of fourteen sleep records in the baseline period only three were saved. This problem was reported via the app but no one has replied so far.
Hi, the version of this app doesn’t work on my iPhone. I’ve used previous version for 7 days now and after the update it broke. I can see screen with word „hello” and then everything disappear. I’m Looking forward to get it fixed as soon as possible because I’m still on my baseline period. Kate
The app acts like it’s operating, but it’s not. All the food entries ended up as pending items even though the message was received that synch was successful. The days counted up to 15 but the Clock and Reports didn’t generate. Instead a message was received that the information wouldn’t be available until the baseline history was entered. The baseline is supposed to be 14 days so that’s a bug. I don’t know how other people have gotten any value from this app. I read the book and thought as much effort went into the software as the book itself. There’s no value to this app at all because you can’t even review your entries for the baseline period. It’s a complete waste of time. You’re better off with a pen and paper.

Not able to receive an activation code and register for an account for some reason. On iOS 17.4.1
After hearing Pam Taub speak about the program last week at Rancho La Puerta, I couldn’t wait to download this app and begin. Unfortunately, after answering all of the required questions to set up an account and entering my email address, nothing happened when I clicked submit. I also checked my email (junk folder too) to confirm that no code was received as well. My husband is encountering the same issue on his phone. Is this app still functioning? Please help!
It is impossible to easily navigate backwards if you live a busy life and cannot log everything real time.
Overall this app looks good and works smoothly. I like how easy it is to log your meals. I was curious to track my eating and sleeping habits and eager to contribute to the research. However, the app does not read my sleep data or fitness activities from Apple Health. I am unable to manually enter sleep data getting an error message that tells me to select my perceived sleep quality. But there is no option to do so. I am not going to use the app without an easy way to record sleep data (I am not willing to start my sleep tracking manually each night since my watch already tracks my sleep). Hopefully future updates will fix this issue.
