Time and date issues

This app has been terrific for logging all symptoms but I have one complaint and that’s the time and date not working properly. It shows perfectly fine when entering everything but when I go back to view the records it mixes days together and always shows today as yesterday so I can’t edit things from today. I would appreciate if this bug would be fixed.
