The sections of the app need to be downloaded in advance as the internet onsite is poor. There’s a tiny little arrow (which looks decorative) which downloads the ‘waypoint’ content. You can’t listen to anything until you have done this (such poor UX!). Navigation is trying to be too clever for its own good with the location activation. Would be easier if you could just click on the numbers to activate them and read the information. If you are using download all sections on WiFi before you go. If you’re the developer please get rid of the start when you reach a location and let people click the sections when they get there.

Only languages are English and Italian, the audio guides barely work and the stress of the app basically ruined our experience - would much more recommend paying for an in person guide

Ok I never leave a review, but feel I have to. The content on the app is minimal, articles we’re not translated well or maybe just poorly written in the first place. The narrator was not great, and hard to keep our attention. If this is a way to push people to book a guided tour, it works.

Disappointing. Text is poorly written and read out by an even worse guide.
