The app doesn’t work and your website is slower. I’m tired of having to call and wait for some customer service rep. But honestly it’s faster than using either of the other options mentioned before. I would prefer not to talk to people to pay my bill but you guys always force me to. I’d give negative stars but that’s not an option.
App doesn’t let you navigate it. They forward you to it to get stressed out and hopefully forget to submit your claims.
App never works… Cannot click on anything? Combined is also very slow at processing claims!

This app never works. I’ve tried many times to make a payment by clicking on billing and nothing happens. I try to look at my policy and nothing. There are claims this would make it easier to make payments and submit claims, but it never works!
The app is completely unresponsive. Nothing works. Seriously, NOTHING!!
When you try to use the app, nothing works. You can’t click on anything or use it to submit a claim.
This app has been horrible. Why doesn’t this company fix the problem??? Can only login and nothing will open.
