MyCommonSpirit - Mountain

Powerful App ! I’ve used a few other health apps and nothing is this detailed. Wish every team used it from the beginning

When calling the pain clinic I was told I was first in the queue and they would be with me shortly. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting and they’re giving the advice to leave a message. I pressed the number one button and it doesn’t allow me to leave a message. So now it’s 25 minutes later and still no response.

MyCentura health had all the same features but would send all of my health data to Apple Health. Now that MyCommonSpirit bought it out this app no longer sends my data to my phone. Or if it does I’ve been working on it for over an hour and I can’t find it, and therefore it’s poor design at the very least. MyChart is the backend of this, no? Same as mycentura? And on their site they list Apple health as a feature? So why isn’t this enabled on this app?

It was impossible to schedule appointments on app.

This is a very useful tool for relating to my care team and allows us to quickly and more efficiently communicate. I am happy to report that being a part of my own recovery process has helped to improve my overall recovery. Thank you Wendy

I used the home page Settings button to change one of the shortcuts from Medications to Health Summary. The settings screen shows that my change was saved as I specified, yet the home page still shows the Medications shortcut. In addition, both the app and web site make it too hard to see where my vaccination history is visible.

Since switching from Centura to MyCommonSpirit, my data has stopped sharing to my health app and I am no longer able to see my data the way I was used to seeing it. The health app keeps asking me to sign into my Centura account but Centura does not exist anymore and MyCommonSpirit is not an option on there as of now. I am hoping this does not affect my data from my previous visits when this was Centura. Hopefully this can be addressed quickly.

I had a shot into my hip with my pcp then she sent me to another doctor to X-ray while getting my shot her cost $15.00 The other was $165.00 I wish we could send a real message to our doctor but you can’t so call and set on hold no guarantee that your doctor will get your message I had a mammogram last year and they still 1 year later don’t have my results but Penrad sent me a result I had a flare up of my stomach problem and was supposed to get a colonoscopy Nov. 2023 still no colonoscopy Aug.2024 I call and nothing happened
