Buggy beyond belief. Once setup it loses connection, can’t reach wifi, can’t reach robot, weird “” glitches in app. It’s clear company does not care to make a decent app.

The app is useless. Should have just kept the three buttons for 1,2, or 3 days. WiFi drops and hard to reset. May send back

This new app doesn’t work. When I log on to control the pool cleaner, all I get are a bunch of ads . The access code doesn’t work either . Took about 9 tries, and I still don’t get the control page. The dolphin M600 needed a new motor after a short time, then the cord broke. The new cordless work better and are a lot cheaper.

The done notification is no longer sent when the robot has finished cleaning the pool

It worked for a while but I can no longer connect using my WIFI perhaps since IOS18 was released. Please look into this issue. The green WIFI symbol in the upper right corner of the screen just flashes but nothing else works on the app.

Ugh ever since I got this machine it’s been a pain!! The app always crashes. Waste of money!!!

The time it takes to load the app is not good. I have had to delete and install the app numerous times. Something is not right to have to wait minutes for the app to load. Only app on my phone that does this. Please fix!!

So bad, with low expectations. Connectivity issues with Bluetooth or wifi, no push notification, UI freezes, basic functionality is broken like schedules or start button. No hope for it.

Constant issues with app. Seems like one issue is finally fixed then another pops up. Robot would not connect to WiFi. I had to unplug robot, uninstall, reboot, and install. It worked. NOW the issue is that I’m not getting any notifications when robot finishes. Tried restarting phone, unplugging robot, uninstalling reinstalling app… NOTHING worked. It would also be nice to see when robot starts. Setting the time for schedule is off. I pick a certain start time then save only to get a different time. I’ve made suggestions multiple time regarding seeing errors when robot stops. Why do I have to call and only to wait a looooong time for someone to tell me when I should be able to do it myself. Such a waste of time.

Ever since they moved to this One Time Password feature I am constantly getting logged out. Every time I open the app I have to put in my email address, go check my email, and enter the OTP. Every. Time. I. Open. The. App. It’s maddening. Further, I’m not getting the notifications I used to get because I’m logged out. Why can’t you just implement passphrases instead of passwords and just have a normal login process. This isn’t a bank or a home security system, it’s a pool cleaner that’s unplugged when it isn’t being used. Update Sep 20 2024 - this madness continues. To be an issue. Seems like I can’t go more than a day without having to get a new OTP. I love my robot but this is making me reconsider Maytronics for my next one.
