Cannot sign in
As the title says, doesn’t work with Wolt anymore. It’s disabled in Wolt app and there’s nothing you can do about it. Wolt blames Edenred. Can’t reach Edenred support because Finnish only. This new app blows chunks and prevents you from using your lunch benefit. Also it redirects you to download the old version when adding your personal card to it. Loooooooooool
Cannot top up, cannot make payment, no “MyChoice” tab. When releasing new app and deleting old app from AppStore, you need to make sure it’s functional. Does your company have any tester or testing process? I wonder if your employees actually use your own service or not because these bugs can be easily found in the first place
The latest UI is very confusing. Searching for merchant and paying them are separately done. Not even basic intuition is taken into account when designing the application: merchant name is not sorted.
I gave one star for getting in your app this time. Still a one big mess and even if there was an attempt to create nice visuals with new illustrations, the execution is really bad and the visual hierarchy is horrible.

For whatever reason the app decides to show distance in imperial units (for example Restaurant A 125 yd away). I have my phone’s region set to Finland and I certainly do not need nonsensical units on my phone. There’s no option to change this. I already expect the usual bugs but this is a new low.
Exactly the same mess as previous app. Can’t even login half of the time, no matter how many times password is reset.
If you’re going to release a new app, at least make sure it’s working. I already have an account that I used in the previous app, but here it’s “wrong credentials. Verify your email”. I tried changing my password so I’d actually get an email, through the new app. Still wrong credentials. Tried creating a new account, doesn’t accept Finnish SSN. Aside from that, the UX is horrible, I hope you didn’t pay a designer because if you did, you got robbed. There’s great designers out here looking for a job and then I still encounter things like this.
