MyEisenhower

My wife and I have been patients of Eisenhower hospital for about 5 years. We have both had surgical procedures. We feel blessed to live close to such an amazing facility.

I have had many other mobile health applications in my lifetime and nothing compares to MyChart by Eisenhower Medical System. My personal and confidential information is right at my fingertips in a fast and secure way. Who doesn’t embrace sustainability nowadays?

I find My Chart to navigate. I would like to know the details of my sleep apnea test. When? Where? What timeline. I can’t find this information. It could be there but I have yet to find it.

App must be down right now or they ve been hacked

Everything is at your fingertips. You can view history, test results, and even pre-checkin for a future appointment. Truly, there is nothing to improve on. This is a great app!

Not as good as previous version Less information and cannot print

The app is useful to see upcoming appointments and notes from previous appointments, and to send a message to your provider’s nurse to review and answer or forward to the physician. However, if you happen to see or read instructions to submit a Customer Service Request, don’t waste your time. The ONLY topic they cover are billing issues. NOTHING MORE.
