Applied two factor authentication, download microsoft authenticator but will not accept code. Tried everything, followed instruction to the letter, still wont accept code. Hard to access help, don't exist. Would not have use the app if there are choices but there are non. No star as it is forced to use without choice.

As the title says, this new NHS rota app is not user friendly. I prefer the old allocate site. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken!

It makes me feel that i am somehow in stoneage. Whenever you try to open, either the server is down or take ages to browse a page. Its just like using windows 98 in P1 pc

It’s 21st century we are living in and this app still goes to old generation to when smartphones were just coming into market, we are talking about 2010-11. Will this app be ever updated to meet current standards of tech? I’ve rated one star as I can’t post reviews without stars but this app doesn’t even deserve this rating.

How is this app over 420mb in data, when all it is, is just buttons with weblink? The notifications are worthless with info about service updates to the system and going offline. Never seen an improvement when it comes back online

Appalling website which I am forced to use for my Trust mandatory training. Delighted to say I am retiring again soon and will no longer have to deal with this user unfriendly nonsense.

It’s an awful, confusing site that makes me want to throw the iPad through the nearest window. It does not flow. It doesn’t make sense and it often doesn’t work

Password reset everytime then won’t accept again😡

What a difficult site to find your way around. Trying to do some e~ learning on an i~pad My ESR My TRS ESR Status All bring up the same page with no link to e~learning. (Whatever that means) Violence against women, domestic abuse and violence. I guess there’s no domestic abuse or violence against men. A bit sexist predicting abuse and violence is only aimed at woman.
