MyFax App–Send and Receive Fax

I have used this app for years for all faxing. The service used to be great with no issues. For the last month I’ve been unable to send faxes using the camera on my phone. The recipients will receive large black boxes with a very tiny image of the picture that is unreadable. When I tried to call tech-support, I also found out there is no longer any phone support. I can only contact someone through email or chat. I’ve sent an email seven days ago with no response.On chat they confirmed that they know about the issue. That was three weeks ago. The issue is still ongoing. I have received no updates from the app developer. I am currently looking for a new fax app. I would recommend you do the same.

This app is an absolute SCAM. They offer a 3-day free trial then somehow someway from the App Store MAKE you purchase the app and pay the subscription fee without you giving consent to do so. When I downloaded this app it never said I was paying $14.16 ONE. Two it never said TODAY. It’s on there website. Phone support no longer takes calls. Chat support is NOT a live agent when they LIE and say it is. It’s the same person by the name of Elizabeth. Chat support tries to blame Apple and throw you on them. And with emails they are UNRESPONSIVE. What does that sound like to you?🤔

I used this product for many years in a work environment. Now I am using it as an inhome program! Still love it

I have used your service for years. Love, the fact that I could call if I had a technical question which was not very often. Very disappointed that now I only have chat.

Always there is send a fax without fail.. very highly recommended

I wish I had read the reviews before using it! It offers membership for $5/month for 200 pages but after several pages they start charging 10’s of dollars!! Stay away!!!

Every time I change to another app this app logs out.

App is great and efficient way better than e-fax and also cheaper !!!
