MyFerrari - for owners only

The app forced an update and since then there are no documents available for my car, including the Operator’s Manual which I need (and the cool video of my car being built is no longer there as well). Help!

The dealer had the system send me a pin which I provided to them to complete the setup of the account. The process was arduous because establishing your account after the invite was sent did not function correctly on my iPhones safari browser. Specifically, after entering in my password and accepting the terms, the captcha box wouldn’t respond and blocked me from registration. I bypassed this by perform the account registration on my laptop. Question: Inside the app, to add you car, it’s asks the the Chassi and Plate. Please explain exactly what those two fields require.

The new my connect features are great along with calendar and so many items to enjoy. Thank you!

This app is very helpful to keep up with Ferrari. Allows me to check in and make sure all good with my car when I’m out of town and just regular day to day items. Lets you know that your car is safe to drive also!

I have waited two years for the car I ordered. I recently received a message that I could view the photos of the car in production. When I go to the website, I receive a message that says page not found. So frustrating. Very low quality service from Ferrari. Very poor sales quality from the dealership as well.

App doesn’t recognize my login (from a password manager - I’ve used it before) and doesn’t send an email for a password reset. Total waste of time.

Don’t you dare respond with no worldwide malfunction. This is worst than apple carplay on my 2022 812 GTS. Imagine paying 650k for a car only to get a glitchy and buggy app to pair with it(if you can even get it paired)
