myFirstWestern is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.

Keep your transactions organized by allowing you to add tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.
Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount
Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend
Transfer money between your accounts
Deposit checks in a snap by taking a picture of the front and back
Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it
View and save your monthly statements
Find branches and ATMs near you
Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.
To use the myFirstWestern app, you must be enrolled as a First Western Bank and Trust digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Deposit
Wish it would take forever to deposit to show up in account is crazy long wait compared to what we did have it ran smooth this set up is just to busy and slow
Would be nice to be able to use my phone to see my account
After the updates I can’t use my phone to check my account. So what is going on.
FWB app
Works good except the infrastructure behind the app is not the best. It has bugs and goes offline quite often.
Bill pay
Bill pay is not as user friendly as previously has as Blackridge software was.
Mobile Deposit issues
Repeated problems depositing checks through this mobile app. The last took a week to resolve without access to my funds. Never had this issue before the switch from Blackridge to First Western. Highly frustrating.
Banking in general and online banking
Worked with BlackRidge bank for years. Now with First western bank and trust not so smoothly anymore.

Very cumbersome and convoluted. The BlackRidge app was much more streamlined and easy to maneuver.
