I’ve been using this app for years and the new design and update is great. Most of the subpar reviews are from before the recent redesign. I love being able to track my period, know exactly what phase I’m in, and the recommendations for work, food, energy, etc are life changing. It functions really well too.
overall i like the interface and the app is really easy to use. what i dont like is the persistent push to buy the supplements. like, its always at the top and center of the screen when u open the app. it’s also glitchy. every time i go to “cycle syncing” page it reverts me back to the follicular phase. i have to leave the app and come back. sometimes it resets my entire tracking calendar and adds an extra period out of nowhere? i have to go and delete it. it’s strange
This app has always struggled a bit. I started using it two years ago, and have since gone through a pregnancy and currently in pp, trying to resync my cycle. Bummed and annoyed that now the cycle syncing feature is an added price, i’m very curious if there is more information than before or now they are just charging a whopping $30 a month for those same features. Besides that, the app has some weird bugs and overall isn’t that enjoyable to use. I’ll just use natural cycles going forward.

Very difficult to change cycle. Not user friendly. Going back to my old app to track my period.
This app has gone downhill. They’re charging now for previously free content and recommending pricey supplements based on my information.
When I first had the app, there was a option to track discharge for the symptoms, but now it is no longer there. Very dissapointing.
It’s all supplements ads and upgrade to the subscription model!! This app used to be helpful - I don’t remember what I paid initially, but thought it was reasonable for what it was. Now this app is all about the supplement ads and upgrading to get the information that used to be available when you purchased the app. Now you have to pay monthly for this info. So disappointing, because I really thought it was about providing helpful info to women at low/no cost.
This used to be the gold standard for tracking apps. You'd enter your data, it would adjust as your cycle adjusted, and most importantly it would then give you tips when things weren't on track. Now all it does is push supplements and force a wildly overpriced membership for the basic features provided from day one. Forced supplements is no different than forced pharma...she's no longer truly interested in wellness for women, just in making the most money possible. Holistic phizer.
I’ve used this app for about a month. The UX is confusing, and the app kept changing my inputs for my period days. I liked that it would predict my phases, but it overrode what I manually put in (3 times). Also, when I signed up, I went ahead and got what I thought was a 2mo subscription to give it time to see how I liked it, but turns out I bought 2 memberships… why would I want to buy 2 memberships when I can only use one? Why would you design it so you could buy multiple memberships and not multiple months?? When I reached out to customer service I was shamed about the fact that I was “the only person” who ever had this problem so I just have “misunderstood”. Excuse me? I only found this out because I wanted to cancel my membership (I don’t get $28/mo value). I thought I would have another month should I want to check anything again. The customer service coupled with the app and not so great UX and data—there are better apps out there that cost less.
