MyFlorida for FLHSMV

Chatbot asked me to add a vehicle. I entered the plate number, but it said the birthday entered was invalid, even though I used the system to enter the date. No other way to add a vehicle on the app, and no way to call customer service or chat with a real person. More tax dollars WASTED!

This app is useless. Flhsmv needs to step it up if they want to make this an app of convenience. Right now it’s just frustrating for lack of services provided

This app does not allow you to do anything with your drivers license… only renewals on vehicle registration

This app is no good at all it won’t let me do anything, can even find my car. Please fix it

Esta App es una estafa, pague la registracion de mis 2 carros y nunca me llegó la registracion, envíen todas las pruebas a FLHSMV y no recibieron el pago, hasta ahora creo que perdí el dinero.

It did what it was supposed to do. Just renewed my plates but only paid 10 bucks for 2 years so kinda nervous. My first time renewing my plates in Florida so I don’t know if the app messed up or if its actually that cheap for Disabled Vets plates! Fingers crossed I don’t get pulled over by the police because my plate is expired

I put in plate and DoB and get NO option to renew via the app. Pointless.
