Results don’t show from recently had numerous blood tests yet last one put in is 2022🤨

The app is easy to access and after concentrating to become familiar with the way it works the benefits for receiving the information are great ,useful and reassuring. David

We all know the NHS is stretched to breaking point. However five hours in chronic pain was almost too much to bear. Please consider better seating for those in pain. The staff were all very professional and polite. We are very lucky to have the NHS and must not lose sight of this when attending A&E.

Everyone is helpful informative and polite Once in the hospital it can take time to be Seen at each stage but when you see how many people are waiting is understandable So overall well done everyone thank you

Text messaging doesn’t work at all. So I'm unable receive to log in codes and can only log in with email whilst at home. The app is sub-contracted to a 3rd party IT company, so no one you speak to at Frimley has a clue and the help number on the leaflet they hand out just cuts you off instantly. Everyone you speak to has a different solution e.g. told by Frimley that I have to contact my mobile provider who told me it’s a simple issue that could be sorted out easily by the IT contractor.

Waiting for mammogram results from 24.4.24, review after cancer. Was told they’d be online as soon as they’re looked at. Not available, tried sending message, no one available to receive message, tried searching, none available… what’s the point 😤

It is written on the app that I have two tests upcoming.. but I haven’t received any letters about this and you can’t check on the app or arrange these tests so that’s why I gave it 2 stars
