Download the app, register or authorize with your user and password, enter your personal account and get started. In order to receive user and password for your personal account, you have to register on the web page mygpi.ge or in in mobile application.

Health Insurance:
• Apply for reimbursement;
• Take and send the photos of your medical and financial documentation or attach the existing documentation to the application;
• Contact GP Holding Service Manager and if needed get the detailed instructions about next steps;
• Send your bank account number and get reimbursement in one business day.
Auto Insurance:
• Report a claim;
• Take and send the photos of your car after incident;
• Contact GP| Holding claims representative;
• Get detailed instructions about next steps;
• Incident location using the GPS tracker;
• Send your bank account number and get reimbursement.
Loyalty points – Ecoins
Ecoins are accumulated from paid premium or collected doing particular eco activities, like walking 10000 steps or drinking 2 liters of water per day.
The application integrates with Health app via Healthkit in order to collect data about users activities.
Ecoins can be used to purchase a new insurance policy or for the payment of monthly premium.
NOTE:
• The application is only for GPIH Insurance Policyholders;
• You will be able to access the application and report a claim or apply for reimbursement only if your policy is active at the moment;
• Please note that you only will be able to report a claim or send the application if your phone or tablet is connected to the internet.

არ მარჩევინებს ოჯახის ექიმს. ( გ.ხასია ერთხელ, 22 წლის დეკწმბერშიშევიდა თავისუფალ ექიმთან, თ.კინწურაშვილთან და ახლა იძულებულია, მასთან ჩაეწეროს).
Hope developers will make the interface more user friendly
The app have some inconveniences: 1. It will be better if upcoming doctor's appointments or tests are placed on the main screen when user enters the application. For now it is hard to find my appointments inside the app’s sections. Actually, I can watch them only via website or in sms — that is really inconvenient. 2. Please, make short instructions and place clinics’ addresses inside the appointment in the app — for users to check the address, time and needed documents before the visit. For now the user can’t find the certain address of clinic and instructions for the first visit. 3. I use the app and the GPI website in English, but some parts are not translated and are shown in Georgian. 4. Users don’t need animation in the apps, we need a short and simple to understand, intuitive way. It means that all needed info such as: - appointments, - clinic addresses, documents needed for the visit, - cost coverage percentage - date, time and recommendations (for tests) are needed to be placed inside the appointment in the app in a quick access. Hope this feedback will help to upgrade the app. Thank you!

Очень тормозит, какие-то разделы не загружаются совсем.

Убрали запись к врачу - весь смысл приложения теряется.

უბანძესი აპლიკაცია, ვერაფერს ვერ პოულობ, ვერც პირად ფინანსურ ინფორმაციას, მაგალითად პოლისზე რამდენი გაქვს გადასახდელი და როდის. ჯანმრთელობა - ვინ არის შენი ექიმი, სად ნახო, გრაფიკი… საერთოდ ვერ ვნახე ასევე ჩათი, ცხელი ხაზი..😡😡😡😡
