Worst service and no cooperation from the customer service. The app was not working since two weeks and when i complained they asked to wait for another week without any compensation .i dont recommend it

من ديسمبر 2024 التطبيق مفتوح ولكن لا يوجد شيء بداخله فقط شاشة سوداء و الذي يعمل على جهاز ايفون علما كان يعمل بشكل جيد قبل شهر ديسمبر

Start from December 2024 the app is open but no thing inside it just black screen although it works on smart tv normally but not working on iphone kindli fix this as soon as possible

During my interactions, one of your representatives shockingly asked, “Are you stupid,” and the rudeness continued with comments accusing me of “begging for something free” and making inappropriate remarks about my character. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and reflects poorly on your company. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. بصراحة أفشل برامج أم منصة انصح الجميع بعدم الاشتراك فيه

Worst IPTV application, lot of down time and very very very slow with inability to run over different devices. Really bad and worthless to pay even 1 cent to subscribe🤮
